I've used them several times, but the price was $25, and at that time,
the food was worth the purchase. This month's looks kind of skimpy to
me, so I agree, this time, it really doesn't look like a good buy. I
stopped buying it because my freezers were actually too full! Well,
that was, until over Christmas break, and my daughter accidentally
unplugged the freezer, instead of the sewing machine! I didn't notice
it for about two days, and most of the stuff had to be tossed, as
there was a lot of stuff sitting in water in the bottom, but I was
able to save about a quarter of the stuff, at least :). Anyway back
to Angel Food. What I bought, most of it was pretty good. I had a few
things I really couldn't eat, but not very often. I don't know what it
will be like in the next few months, but I'll probably try it again,
and hopefully it will be like it was when I bought the packages
before. You just have to watch from month to month. Sometimes it's a
real good deal, other times, it's so-so. Also, here in Big Rapids, we
don't have to buy the main package to get the special deals, either,
so if we just want one of the meat deals, we can buy those without
buying the $30 package.
Take care,
Cin
