I have been working for West for over a year and I really like it. They recently changed from contract work (paying on a 1099) to holding out taxes and now a W-2.

Unfortanetly I wish there was SOME time of law against discrimination against workers. I work for a very large bank in MI and have been there for about 9 months. I had to have recent surgury and they held my job for 60 days, no if, ands, or buts. I explained I need another 4 weeks because of physical therapy. Heck, it takes them longer than that to find somebody, trian them, etc. But...with workmans' comp you would think it would be different if he actually got hurt ON THAT JOB. You would think they would want to accommidate them. Well, good luck! I know where you're coming from!
